Fresh homemade pasta is coveted for its tender, silky texture, rich,eggy flavour and soft yellow hues and dry pasta on the other hand contains no eggs but is made from mixing semolina flour - a  course white flour - and water.

Either way, there are no preservatives or chemicals and taste difference is enormous.
